These terms apply to orders placed through this website with Yaadie Hands Jamaica Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in Jamaican Dollars (J$). We do our best to keep prices, availability, and product details accurate. An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and we accept it; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock) and will refund any payment taken.
Payment
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Until online card payment is enabled, we'll reach out to arrange payment for your order.
Delivery & pickup
You choose pickup or delivery at checkout. Delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown before you pay. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
Fresh produce & returns
Because our produce is fresh and perishable, returns are handled case by case — if something isn't right, contact us promptly and we'll replace it or refund you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
